How does this look for 3 Skar IVX 12"? The tuned FQ should be 35 how do I raise it?

Make your port wider. You could also shorten the length of the port or make your box smaller. There are lots of things you can do to raise the tuned frequency

Make the port shorter or decrease the overall volume. Not sure I'd use that calculator though, it's notoriously inaccurate. I usually use WinISD.
