Box Design Help

I'm helping my brother design a box for his 2004 Ford F-150 Single Cab. He is getting two SA-10s D2 with a Kenwood KAC-9102D. The max dimensions are 62" in length, 33.5" in height, 12.5" at the bottom depth and 5" at the top depth. I am planning on doing 60" in length, 30" in height, and 10" at the bottom depth and 2" at the top depth. I believe this give me a volume of about 36 ft^3 with a port of 2" in width and 36" in length. I don't have any software to show how i have this all planned, but I wanted to make sure everything was good before I started this build. Let me know if there is anything I should change!

What's with the Kenwood amp?

I'm not quite sure what to do with that has a decent amount of wattage that is local. Any recommendations?

I am freaking brain dead tonight. Sorry... I thought you were getting 4 ohm versions. Anyway, the SA-10's are rated at 600 watts a pc. right? The Kenwood is only going to give them 450 a pc. Not that it won't sound good but I would go a bit bigger. That's all....

Ya. I want to go bigger too. He's also on a budget right now. I'm trying to find an amp for 100 bucks that will do. It's not alot of money, but this amp should work for now until he gathers more money.

Do you have any input on the box?

Man, I'm not sure where you got 36 cubic feet. Maybe you meant 3.6 cubic feet. If you need some help, send me an email or pm.

30" tall box in a single cab truck? Sounds like you'll be blocking half of your rear window. I'd just cut the height down to the window line, make the box around 58-60" wide, and do a single 12" sub firing forward with a slow port to the side.

For the record, I still think it's BS You can fit that much width in a truck

These are dimensions from my brother with the truck. I'll be going down tomorrow and measuring everything to make sure. What's a slow port?
