I currently have a small suv with the basic set-up of a sealed box with 2 12's firing to the rear. You can see my current setup at this link http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2230755/1

I've been looking for a nice design to do in my suv, but I have limited room and I want to add another 12. The closest thing I found that might work would be the box pictured. Anyone have any other pics of a box that might work for me? Thanks for the help.

I've brought this thread back because I need some more pics of box's that are similar to this. I will be doing a single sub setup and wanted some ideas. Thanks for any help.

If you want a box with one 12 you can either search for a prefab one that will fit in your space or have a custom one made. Since you are looking for "box design help," I'm assuming you want a custom box.

The next decision you have to make is ported or sealed, based mostly on the type of sub and the power you will send it. If you would list the subs you're considering it would help, but I'll assume you want a ported box because they are more custom than sealed and have the potential to get louder. Maybe that'll get you going in the right direction.

Here are a bunch of designs from a very helpful and knowledgeable member on here (rpfuror, hope you don't mind me doing this), there are plenty of ideas for you to consider:

The typical 12" sub box is between 1-2 feet cubed tuned to anywhere in the 30-40 hertz range, and most are rear-firing. Maybe someone else will come and offer their wisdom, or you can ask some more specific questions. Hope this helps some.

Thanks a bunch for the help. I'm either going with 2 15" MB Quart RWE-354 subs or 1 15" TC-2000 and I'll be running them sealed.. I was hoping for some pics similar to the one I have for some ideas on the angling of the subs and incorporating the amp rack. Thanks for anymore input.
