Brace that vent good. Boxes with ports like that have a tendency to break. I would even go to the point of cutting a single piece to make that port into a T-Vent. And if you cant do that put a piece of dowel rod from the top plate to the vent and glue the shit out of it maybe even fiberglass the inside if you have the time and extra cash.

Nope its a seperate program you just plug in the dimensions and it will lay them out for ya and everything its real nice, theres tons of programs that will do it but I like "Cutlist plus"

I was actually looking for a cutsheet program and stumbled upon that exact program. I'm fiddling with the demo version right now. Did you buy the registered version and if so, how much was it? hmm not a bad idea ill see what i can do i used screws on the sides to make sure it holds till it dries im already glassing the seams inside the box.

A brace could still be put in under the port wall but I think for it being 3/4" mdf and this size of a box it should be fine.

Oh yah i actually wasn't including johns box, i forgot. But yah it was built shitty.

I just wouldn't take the chance drew you can always put it in in the first place but not after shit's already fvcked.
