im done arguing. i dont really care what you say. the pink civic was just an example of why the word hater doesnt mean shit, since just cause someone doesnt like something they are automatically a hater...like anyone who doesnt like the pink civic is a hater.
but ANYYYWAYS i dont/wont trust hifonics subs.

having used the bl's (both my 18's and my friend 18's) and having experience with re SX's and XXX's and knowing Scott Atell was all behind it, i have all faith in the btl's.

hifonics amps arent too bad, however i simply wont play with the subs.

and like i said 1000 pages ago...you need to back up those amps with a serious electrical system.

Look dude (George) Ion have shit against you but I know I have to do some electrical work, but like I said I thought u was tryin to be a dick about thangs so I told u what I told u.... and as far as hifonics amps I kno they are good or what not but Ion trust the one's off Ebay and as far as the sub's I kinda had a feeling they were over rated thats why I asked if anybody knew anything about them.... But after watchin vids of the BTL's I know I will love those more than I loved any other system I ever did.... but yea u right I'm done wit the fussing and shit but just know if u eva come at me again like that it will start all over again ya dig

Can someone please change the title of this thread to "Get rich or die tryin: The CA.com story". I'm from ATL and I know the "hood". This is not hood talk. This is "hoodlem" talk, which is highly associated with the Ivory school college parties. Students there on daddys dime. Ex: Harvard, Yale etc. The company that my dad used to conduct business with had workers that spoke in a similar language as to what I have witnessed on this thread except I believe they're known as meh'ican. i dont know.

i never messed with l7's and dont know what they like. nor do i know what firing direction works best in a trunked car.

however 33hz is a fine tuning.

which ever has the cone area advantage is what i would do (dont know what 12's and 10's are as far as cone area goes off hand)

all things being equal the more cone area you got the louder you will be

take that with a grain of salt, but its a general rule

it SHOULD.

cone area isnt everything and it would be unfair IMO to compare the l7 to a cvx. the have different specs and react differently.

its more so for a comparison of say, 2 15's versus 1 18 of the same exact woofer. and even then its just a general rule as you see people like tommyk90 who do 150's with a single 10" sub, and others having 3 15's only doing 149's
