too many turns to be honest, and most people prolly just saw the pic and left thread.... id recommend finding some other method. port to the side if you have to/are able to

it seems it starts at the top of box goes down the front down the floor and then fires out of the slanted rear.... too many turns... and agree box appears difficult to see.

more pics posted, its 2.1 cubes per sub and tuned to 35 hz. port area is 32 inches. using ia 187 12's at 500 watts each.

2006 silverado extended cab, i want it downfiring so i wont hit the subs with anything i am always throwing luggage and riding gear in the back.

Maybe subs down port foward. And why not go common chamber? You'll save wood and get a lil more room.

It could work, but their are alot of bend in that port. If you needed to make it work put 45's in each corner in the port and that will smooth air flow quite a bit.

It's really not that many turns (like 1 and a half) so I really don't see why it wouldn't work...

Why would he put a 45 in that second corner? It's not a 90 degree turn...
