box construction begins / check my design

so i finally got my wood cut for my box, i only made one bad cut, and its a little bit less than a 1/4 off (started to cut with a circular saw and realized that wasnt gonna work, then ran outta wood). im gonna have to fudge that, but it will be ok, im gonna throw some shims in there and seal it up like crazy with silicone. good enough for me. im using gorilla glue for this, so we will see how it works, i was gonna get titebond but they were out so i figured i'd try it.

now...i had orginally planned on building this box:

but im trying to tune a little bit lower, so i added this:

that last box should be tuned to like 29.95Hz. i need some checking on that. does it all look good? thanks

What sub is this for? That looks like next to no port area unless I'm looking at it incorrectly.

sub is for a 13Ov.2. port is 1.5"x 22", but im thinking about extending it. goin for SQ/SQL and i want to keep some trunk space.

ummm... honestly...

you probably want a bigger port than that...

Go wider for the port....I smell possible port noise with that tiny thing....

i have tried to but it raises the tuning a bunch and i am wanting to tune low.

EDIT: went back into BB6pro and made the port 2" tall and 33" long and it raised it to 34". this acutally isnt bad, i can throw some polyfil in there and lower it a little bit. you guys think 2" is big enough?
