Why do you prefer the router with flush bit vs building an inset baffle instead of using the the top/bottom/side edges on the face?

why would it be weak?you do realize that the small MDF brace\partition there will be very weak though?
you would have been better off using some type of 2x4 or other hardwood.
just my .2 cents. the box looks great tho.
