Thanks to help earlier, I downloaded WinISD. Looks okay.I just have a few questions of things I can't find.

I need the following factors, or atleast how to calculate them

I dont reccomend using that unless you have a lot of experience in box building.. It is inaccurate and will take knowledge to fix its mistakes.

I reccomend THIS for box design. It will give you an accurate layout of a single vented box design. It is accurate according to most box designers on here.

I already used that to build my initial box...I figured part of my low SPL score is due to box so I want to try again before I upgrade subs. My box is 3.5 cf because the manual says 1.75 cf, per sub. I figure I need to experiment, but I was hoping using a better program would help me calculate.

If I move up to 4 cf @ 37 hertz, it makes a box with port area of 50.75 in^2. This is more than the "golden rule" of 9:1 port:cf rule I read about.

if i recall, Pe is electrical input power

you don't calculate that, you should know it already.

what kind of subs/amp you running?

got the big three?

got high output alternator?

got zero guauge?

a box is a huge step to a respectable spl number, but without those things, you wont get too high
