i really appreciate lemans and saywhat for having my back....but to be honest i rather not bring it to the forum...i'm trying to be a bigger man about this and i think i'm doing a good job so far..cuz when u think about it..its just the internet...we are here for information and entertainment..and frankly..this thread and everything said about me ..(thats not tru) is entertainment..

I like how trigger acts as if he's so fing innocent when shit isn't going his way.

Some1 makes one mistake and you take it upon yourself to try ruin their credibility by even claiming in your sig (which you havew removed) that he can't design boxes, and stating it in threads. Thus possibly ruining his future box plan sales, therefore maybe increasing yours.

Actually I don't get any. I only had that in my sig for 1 week.

Fact of the matter is. This was not about 80. Read the thread, I did not mention his name once or hint in any way that this idea was directed towards him. Because it was not. People took it upon themselves to come in here and throw around childish accusations and shit on this idea. It could have been a great idea with a positive outcome. But as some members remain A-holes there was not even a chance for this to work. It's actually sad. 2 years ago this would have been a great thread possibly. It's just sad.

But as stated in my first post, I just wanted some feedback. I got negative feedback from childish members so I dropped the idea.

If everyone who reads this feels I did it for other reasons than what I stated, fine. I wont be around long to listen to this nonsense long anyways...

I was going to look over them along with others to verify there accuracy. I was even going to design one so anyone could say If I F-ed up.

Hello all.
I have an Idea I would like to share with the Forum box builders who are charging money for designs. I think a test of accuracy would be a good way to show future customers that they are indeed very good at what they do. I propose we each design a single specific box for a given install. It will be reviewed and publicly shared with the forum for results. This would be a good way to weed out the bad from the good designers.

A simple ported enclosure in the shape of a rectangle is ideal. As this is what most designs being supplied consist of.

Now I know most will ask "who are you to judge any of us" right. I don't see this as a judgment, more so a guide for people to use. I will also enter the design contest. And I'm hoping if people are interested I can get a couple known brains to lend a helping hand (Jmac maybe ) If he's even still around anymore lol.

So any builders/designers interested???

why go thru all this, if someone wants a box designed all they have to do is ask that person for refs, as far as known box designers...moe,lemans,jordan,saywhat,80,jmac(when ever he desides to come around)

have refs, so why go thru all this? its not that serious! all the person has to do is ask the designer for refs..if they cant give any refs, then the person will have a choice to try them out or go else where
