I do have a router, thats why the rings were cutout perfectly

I went inside to grab a drink and bam! a bug

Customer didn't want the ports painted? Construction looks good as well as the carpeting job. How do you wrap the sides when you carpet? Do you cut a seam to tuck the pieces into or do you just cut it at the edges of the box where they overlap?

Nope, and thanks!

Best way to do it is when you wrap all the around connect the sides together so it looks like a fold, like this:

Or at a corner like this:

|_______

|

|

Then all you do is just makes sure both tips are very firmly pressued together to insure a good bond. (Use spray form glue, works teh best)

And cut the fold off!
