Yes, the front piece AND port is all one sheet of wood, just kerfed at the right measurement. The bedliner I used was Herculiner.

Curious, I've seen a few of these kerfed port designs on the page. What method are you all using to measure the correct radius of the kerf section so the slotted port is tuned the way you want? Is there a formula for this or a program you are all using?

I model it up on sketch-up, so it helps alot. When your measuring the port length for a kerfed port, you have to measure differently than if it was a slot. I have a formula I use to find out where to start the kerf cuts as well.
