OK, I finally got some more work done on the box.

There was a small change in the design, we decided to make the red part raised up.

Layout for the raised part.

Test fitting the raised pannel.

Flushed in the Aero.

Holes cut in the pannel.

Holes cut in both baffles

Another shot.

Updates....

Both baffles are mounted

We decided to add an amprack to the top of the enclosure. I forget exactly which amp it is but it will be flush mounted on the top of the box.

Updated design.

Amp rack added.

OK, I got a little more done.

Rounded over the edge of the trim piece 1/8", just enough to take the edge off.

and cut the hole for the speaker terminal.
