Dont recall all the specs and whatnot for this one, but Im sure he will step in with some info. Little different design, which is nice to build every now and again.

Thanks guys. Got a little more done than whats pictured, just forgot to snap a few more. Its all build, port routered and painted. Basically ready for carpet.

 
Nice, I like how you leave some room on the ends and router the sides to make carpeting easier, plus it looks clean.

Quick question though, why did you mount the L shaped piece before cutting it?

Not sure what you mean? Do you mean before cutting out the opening of the port on the top? If thats what you mean, its because its much easier to get a perfect flush cut using a flush trim rather than cutting it out prior to installation.

Bingo. I need to invest in a good trim bit.

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
