Box Build for 350zspl

This one is 3 cubes @ 35 hz for a trio of DD 1508's I believe. Used a pair of 4" precision ports and had to put an elbow on each. Box will be left bare and have all edges rounded over.

Thanks man. Took me a couple hours start to finish.

can you show me the elbows? i might need to do that in my car.
I dont have any pics of the elbows. They are just standard 4" 90* PVC elbows.

 
how hard was it to get the pvc elbow attached to the psp port tubes? i believe that standard pvc has thicker walls? did you have to do alot of grinding or anything?

Fit together pretty well. Not as tight as a PP goes together, but Id say tight enough to bond. I also added some hot glue around the outer lip, once I pvc cement it together.

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
