would it make sense to plexi off the amp and grille the sub so you could maybe throw some groceries back there? I like the look, but I never really see people do what I was asking.

It does look good though.

Just hold your horses, the pics will explain

The only thing he cared about, was fitting his golf clubs in the back. Which he has plenty of room for //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

BTW he didnt want the amp to be covered in plexi. He wanted it to stand out a little and he has a blue neon that I have to hook up that will be right under the false floor.

It will light up the top heatsink of the amp blue //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Not bad for a day and a nights work. Just one guy workin on it.

The other day I got home from work and made the box and the false floor. I had made the box design one night and had a scrap piece of paper with everything I needed written on it. I got home, went to the garage, hacked up some wood and ended up with a clean cut box in just over a half hour. Spent a little while cuttin out the false floor and getting it and the box prepped.

Then I started today at ~6:30. Got the amp in place and sorted out the wiring, cut out the amp hole in the false floor. Then I wrapped everything, tuned the amp, put everything in, plugged the sub in and went for a fun little ride //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Tools and materials included 1/2mdf, 3/4mdf, black suede, glue, brad nailer, staple gun, table saw, and my trusty jigsaw
