Blowthrough Help

aight guys i have a 2000 std cab s10. im lookin to do a blowthrough. i have a mechman HO alternator and a HC1800 up front and the big 3 in 2/0. im gettin a 3500D sundown amp and two 12 Fi BTL's.im also gonna get 2 HC2000. im wondering if someone could tell me how to do the actual blowthrough?? how big to make the cut? how to seal the box to the bed and make the cab look good so it doesnt look like crap. just some general ideas and what i need to look out for. and i plan on making my box so the subs face in a little. kinda like the guy wit 4 memphis 12's has. thanks

blow-thru's dont have rules. Cut the hole as big as you want it, seal it up however you want it. Rubber boot, welding, MDF, fiberglass, whatever.

However, doing a blowthrough with only 2 12's is a huge waste IMO

well 2 12's is all i could really fit if i wanna bag my truck in the future. i mean im sure i could do more. but im sure 2 BTL's will be insane. lol

how much sq in of port would i need to tune a box to 32?? if the box is say between 3.5 and 5 cubes??

op- try http://www.s10forum.com they will have more specifc detail regarding s10s and cutthroughs

ca.com can help with the designing of the box so it doesnt sound like shit, but s10forum can help with the specifics on the fab work and such.
