blown sub?

So basically you ripped someone off by selling them a fuked up sun. Way to go. I hope no one ever buys from you again, i know i wont.

No, the guy knew about it, i told him what the case was, which was apparently hifonics amp get really bad at 1 ohm, which is what i had it at, and causing the sub to make that noise. before i sold it, i took the sub out and checked it, everything was fine and the guy was straight with it.

so therefore, no i didnt rip anyone off

 
switching subs on saturday. We still have to carpet box is why.
Any tips on carpeting?
ive never carpeted. id like to hear some good tips though. all the boxes i have are already carpeted. from the guy who built them for me

Kinda crazy tho cuz that amp and sub is made for each other, so how that could happen is beyond me?
He just blew a the same sub but a 10 cuz he didnt realize the box was too big and could mess it up. Thats how. I think i even read that the box is even still a bit big for the new sub too, but i may be wrong on that.
