Blown DD sub value

I have a buddy that has an 8" DD sub that he blew. I'm not sure if it's a 1508 or 1008. Either way, what are the values of something like this? I know they can be reconed, but I have no intention of doing it.

1008, not a whole lot. 1508, slightly more. I've seen 1008 motors go for $50 and 1508's for $75. Just depends on who's selling it.
