blowing fuse

because you disconnect the batteries ground wire first, then install the fuse in the fuse holder, then re connect the batteries ground and if you still blow a fuse its to low of a rating

idk though

I blew my first fuse is oOoo so long, had the Rs up and running loud then I thought the amp went into protection mode, NOPE, look under the hood and fuse was gone... wonder why the fuses at the dis. block didn't go instead...hmm

Did you fuse for the wire? Make sure the proper sized fuse is used for your wire. If it is 4ga., a 125A fuse is sufficient.

If it is still blowing a fuse, the wire is grounding out somewhere and you need to find out where.
