well i still need some help deciding because i am new to car audio and don't really know this stuff very well......

The sub itself won't really matter much (unless you're talking cheap stuff vs expensive stuff). When you take two generally similar subs, no one sub is going to make a world of a difference over the other. The biggest deciding factor will be what you use to power it, and the design and overall quality of the box you put it in. Now, generally speaking, the CVX will get louder. The CVX uses the same motor as the Kicker L7 and it's known for just getting plain loud on a low budget. Ontop of that, you've got the upper hand in cone area, you're comparing a 12" vs a 10".

If you're just looking for plain volume, I'd say the Kicker CVX. I'm not saying the 10" will ****... I'm sure it could give the CVX a run for its money when paired with the proper power and enclosure.

ya the guy just hit me up on an offer a new offer and he wants to trade me for my trampoline that i dont want and some rc car gas plus thirty bucks for his pioneer premiere cd deck and the ten ,,,,,,so thanks for all your help !!!!! maybe ill upgrade to the cvx or sumthing later on !!!
