actually jackass, if he gave them back to lloyd he is off the hook since the original agreement was with lloyd and the op, and then lloyd drags hix into it.
i have done numerous transactions on this forum dumbass, so i have dealt extensively with online transactions, and what's amazing is, i never have been in these kinds of situations.

also i get paid to post so why not post?

Sometimes its not about getting off the hook, its doing the right thing and if the original owner wants his subs back fastest, I doubt just dropping them off at Lloyds will get it done. And I am sure no matter what Chad does your still going to ride his nuts like the whiney trolling ***** you are. You get paid to do your job, which I am sure is answer the phone some where or something else that allows your dumbass access to the internet, and in your free time you waste it on a forum making immature posts to entertain yourself, you don't get paid to post.

They weren't stolen at the time of possesion. All the police would/could do is seize the merchandise.

Nope, I could care less about starting stuff with any one on this forum, I think the best thing that should be done is for Chad to go see Lloyd, and to get his money back from him, take that money Lloyd owed him, ship the subs to the orignal owner, take it as a loss of money/friend and move on... Money divides man... But none of this is my business so I digress...

Lilmaniac just simply needs to take the subs to the Police Station and explain the situation to them. Give the Police all of the owners contact information and let them know anything they ask about lloyd. At that point, he no longer has possession of the subs and can't be held liable for anything. If the owner wants them back, he can call the police and arrange delivery. Then he can take lloyd to SC court for any money that he feels he is out. If lilmaniac is reading this, just simply take the subs down to the police station. They haven't been reported stolen and with all the evidence on this thread, there is no way that they could be considered stolen. The original owner has said that he willingly let lloyd "borrow" them. And if you are curious, I am getting this answer from 3 different cops.

i was kinda wondering that as well. why would he send blown subs to a sub testing thing? did lloyd blow them? also, they are his property and if he wants them back, he shouldn't be denied that because they are blown

Doesn't change the fact that lilmaniac has 0 responsibility to either parties. He just needs to drop them off at his local PD and explain to them what is going on. They are smart enough to determine that an investigation might ensue and they will hold the merchandise(subs).
