Why should hix take the loss for lloyd? That doesn't make any sense.
Get the money and let lloyd deal with the subs.

You forget that the original owner is out of his subs, and has been for 6 months, if Lloyd did not do anything for 6 month I doubt shit is going to change on the 7th one. The right thing to do is not always the most easy thing to do. Take the loss and consider it as money owed that he might not ever see. Who knows if Chad can even get the money owed to him from Lloyd, and if he can get cash out of him, tell Lloyd to pay him for having to ship the subs owed to the guy.... Tack it on the the rest of $ owed to Chad. This situation sucks for everyone involved... And like I said before not my business, so we might as well all drop it, because our talking/bickering is not going to get shit done...

Doesn't change the fact that lilmaniac has 0 responsibility to either parties. He just needs to drop them off at his local PD and explain to them what is going on. They are smart enough to determine that an investigation might ensue and they will hold the merchandise(subs).

yes i offered to send the subs back, and then i got screwed out of 700 dollars so that destroyed my disposable income... when the subs were sent it was loyd who was to pay to have them shipped back, not me, so yes i am stuck here with these subs. and no im not gonna borrow money off my parents to send back 3 broken subs, and one 15 dollar one. I'm sorry not gonna happen. HE is the one who said he offered to take money out of his own pocket to get them back not me... look at the post i quoted before.
Im about sick of this 12" test session crap. I lost about half my tools, my garage was left a mess, it took me and my g/f 2 weeks to clean it up. I wont have anything else like this at my house thats a fact.

Where do you see me calling myself a high roller? I know I make more than twice that annually( not including my wife's income), but we are always strapped for cash. I want to retire and toys don't lend well to that.

I cannot think of an effecient remedy without causing someone undue duress. The fact that lloyd isn't around "sucks" ( I hate using that word but can't think of a better one)
