Bigbassman, Loyd Where are my subs

Loyd I have tried to pm you several times and have not gotten a response since the begining of February. It's now been 6 months since you first said you where going to send them back. If I knew it was going to take this long to get them back I would never have sent them to you to test with. I have given you several different options on how to get them back to me as well, meet up somewhere or bring them with you to db drag finals and return them and you have refused all those options. You have told me a couple times they where going to ship out including the last time you sent me a pm on 02/02/07 and I still havent recieved one of them back.

For those that may be able to help I sent him 5 subwoofers for his 12" sub test back in September. This is the last pm I recieved from him on 02/02/07 and I have tried to contact him several times since this with no replies.

hey... subs are going out monday... I must apologize again for this... the woofers were stored at a friends house, and were supposed to be all shipped out by him...
my sincere apologies again, I never intended to inconvenice you so much..

Any help would be appreciated. I would hate to have to get the authorities or court system involved but it is looking like I may not have any other options at this point. If anyone knows a better way to contact him please let me know.

I thought he was a good guy too, thats why I didnt hesitate to send him subs to test with. We all see good guys go Bad all the time. Definately have a bad taste in my mouth right now about the whole situation.

Thanks man. I hate that it happend like this. I'm sure Loyd didnt mean for it to happen. the last time he was over here his wife called and he had to leave in a hurry so thats why it didnt get shipped then, and again i didnt have the address to ship to him with. Im also kinda short on funds to ship it with, but ill get it worked out

I appreciate you sending my other subs back for me, but I still haven't got my Oz Me12 from the test session.

Can you guys please send out my Oz Me12 while you are at it, I'll pm you my UPS account and address again so you won't have to pay anything.

Lukas im not sure what the deal is with the Oz, its not in the garage with the other subs so i assume its with loyd. I have had trouble getting in contact with him for the last 2 weeks or so. Ill look in the garage to double check, but i think its with loyd

I picked mine up at dB drag. I agree that lloyd is no where to be found. I was thinking of buying some subs off of him and he is really nowhere to be founf.

Chad I really appreciate the help. Just not having any updates after a couple months and not getting any replies was getting me worried. I had given Loyd my address several times but I will PM you with it as well. Since I am not a real long way away from you I would still be willing to meet up wth you half way if iit would save you some money instead of shipping them. I am in Northern Kentucky right near Cincinatti, OH. I pm you with which subs they where as well.
