Big 3 + Pics

I'm going to buy a torch to solder my 1/0 ring terminals...
what kind are you using? what would you recommend?
I used a basic propane torch you can get at any hardware store. You could also get a cylinder of MAPP gas if you really wanted to get that shit hot.

looks good, seems a lot harder than it is...
It's not all that difficult I guess. No different than doing any other kind of car work. You're going to get dirty and it's going to take some time, but anyone can do it.

I'm off to work. I'll answer any questions when I get home tonight.

i had to use 4 feet of rachet extensions to get to my alternator it sucked. now i gotta do a big 3 on a crv. IT looks to be in the same place as yours. Whats the best way to get at it
