Yea, 2:20am. I jsut got home form work. and guess what. work 8am-2am with 1 hour lunch, then go back to wark at 9am in the morning. Oh well. Overtime Bitches.

As far as the MDF splitting, with such a small side 2 screws would have been adequate. I usually try to stay within 3" of the outside corner, and 8-12" apart. The screws are only there to hold the box together while the glue dries for us lazy people. I can build a box a lot faster that way.

Excellent work so far, looks great. Glad to see more people taking the time and doing it right. (Removing seats and working with an unobstructed area.)

Good luck with the long shifts ... I always hate the 20+ hours, however the $ is usually worth it in the end.

Nah, it will have a front, and a back peice on it that sits flush with the hump. I think it will "hug" that hump enough it wont move. Now the box will be bolted down.

So i decided that since i don't work sat and sunday, and i should get the other lights in monday, that i would go ahead and put in what i've got. Then monday, i'll throw the other lights in. Here is how it sits now. I am going to take it out, and wash/wax the truck, then put it back in, then pull it up in the garage until Monday.

I've washed the truck aswell, it and looks a shit ton better. i'm uploading those pics.

Also, i got the grill from ebay, from this guys.

I got the lights from a different seller. Cheaper.
