What amp would you suggest jaguar?

I think your likely to get much more suitable advice on that question from some more experienced members of this board. You said your subs were 1000Rms each, and that you had two of them. You gave your price range $290.00 which is low for a quality amp even for 2 2"s that are 600Rms. My advice again, would be to save at least $500.00. If you don't have that kind of money now, perhaps you can sign up for a credit card online or in your area where you can pay it off with no interest. I got a credit line of $1500.00+ at Brandsmart. Six months to pay off items no interest. It might be the way to go for you. If you feel you cannot do that, ask for recommendations again. Just make sure you refresh the memory of the forum as to exactly how much your ready to spend, exactly

what you plan on having powered by the new amp whether it be speakers and subs or subs alone. And by the way I keep hearing you say you know how to wire a car, I believe you but honestly I would not even try to hook up another amp unless I had whatever was causing the problems with the amps diagnosed and cured. You do not want anything like that to happen to you ever again.

i have 6k credit limit lol im willing to spend like 400 on a good amp

But you would spend on a Hifonics? If you're looking for a higher quality amp, you know your options. There are plenty 2k rms amps out there.

yeah i know. as of now i have a new hifonics brz 2100 waiting to get to me ( im trying to return it but if i cant find an audioque 2200 for a good price then i will stick with the hifonics cuZ i have no choice.

my choices are audioque 2200, crescendo bc2000, db drive 2000, or the IA 20.1.... im trying to see if i can find one of the other 3 amps before i pull the trigger on the IA amp

I wouldn't be so fast to cut down MB Quart, just because they are not big on aesthetics does not mean they cannot do a better job than a flashier looking model(like hifonics). None of the advanced members here have ever recommended Hifonics to me, but MB Quart on several occasions = yes. You can get better, but that price idk. At one of the shops I go to a dealer I've known for a year or more just told me last week to avoid Hifonics(along with some other brands I cannot remember). He told me they aren't what they used to be. He told me he's been in the business for 20 years, If that's the truth or not idk, but I think out of those two things he would be less likely to lie about Hifonics. Research.
