Get a single 12" sundown sa-12 - It will blow either one of those 2 setups out of the water

Look for the older style premiers they can take some good power for the money, they should be 125-140 new and 2 of those will kill a SA

The TS-W3002D2 & D4's are my go-to sub for budget building - They sound sick and can be had cheap ($100-120 shipped) I just like the SA for an all around descent sub with great warranty & customer svc ;-)
