best way to solder ring terminals!!

vice ftl unless you can make a dent some how. how are flat surfaces going to stop wire from being pulled out?

Wow, those bring crimpers (the part you don't see) have like handles 3 feet long and probably cost $100 or more. The hammer one I have won't work up with 1/0 connectors.

$100 used and woulda paid more if i had too. the hammer one does look nice though. anything but a vice

copper welding lugs , torch and large spool of solder...no crimping needed if you use lugs,but if your using large crimping terminals solder is overkill since they are designed to be crimped in which case I use a vise
