Best way to secure sub to car?

I am trying to figure out a good and easy way to secure my sub in my trunk. If you make heavy/hard turns(which my brother does) then it moves around. Not enough to pull out any cables, but you never know. So what is the best way? A metal bar somewhere? Any ideas? Thanks

SEAT BELTS!!!

It depends on the box. Lag bolts work well in some cases where theres nothing in danger under the car but I would probalby use L brackets as tou have a smaller chance of hitting anything.

make a templet out of cardboard of the trunk and make a mdf floor, then use l brackets to to secure the box down to that using bigger gauge screws. then you can carpet the floor or stain it depending on wood selection, or whatever you think of.

That velcro only works if the box is under 50lbs and its not summer.. The glue on the one side of the velcro actually melts and gives way. This is what happened to me.

Well the factory carpet, or the regular one covering the bottom of the trunk moves around also, ie its not only the sub that moves, it move the entire carpet as well.
