Seriously though. Are there any big parks near you that are all lit up for christmas? I know that one near me is a pretty big deal. People come for miles to see the lights. Women love that kind of stuff and she'll like it more than most if she's really that into Christmas. Just go for a walk through the park and mention it kind of nonchalantly to catch her off guard. Then do the one knee thing after she has her double take.

my town has a big drawing every year, where all the local stores sell tickets and donate prizes (sports equipment stores give away gloves, balls, etc, furniture stores give away furniture, etc, etc). Some guy had the p.a. announcer call one of his wifes ticket like it was from a jewelry store and when she won, she was given a engagement ring for her prize, right in front of tons of people and he came on stage and asked her officially.....shi+ was crazy!

my dad sent his fiance on a treasure hunt for her ring, the final spot was at her parents jewelry store where her whole family was waiting there for her.....

I did that, but as soon is she picked it out, and got the right size, i dropped, and asked. she was supprised. She thought we were "just looking for future reference"

I'm going to propose on a small Chinese boat in the Yangtze river, preferably in front of Fengdu. But thats not for a long time down the road
