protein enhancement???

Well I think you answered your own question, but you can also use weight gainer shakes or meal replacement shakes and use them between meals. I would suggest not consuming more than 40-50 grams of protein at one time because your body won't process all of it. Also running that much protein through your body can put quite a load on your kidneys, so just watch how much you consume.

 
Drink a protein shake after you work out. Thats when your body will absorb the most protein because it needs it to rebuild your muscles (assuming youve worked out enough.) Then, your muscles will regrow larger, and use fat as fuel...
That's what i've learned after workin at fckin smoothie king for a year.
x2 that would be the most efficient way to utilize protein.. or you can drink a shake before AND after but i believe after is the more important one.

1-2 scoops of your favorite whey or soy protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

1 package of sugar-free instant butterscotch, chocolate, cheesecake, banana cream or vanilla pudding mix, dry

1 tsp creamy peanut butter, preferably low fat

8 oz cold water or low-fat milk

3-6 ice cubes

i used sugar and fat free instant pudding and chocolate whey. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gatdamm phenomenal!!

 
ON is pretty good...like ^^ said, drink alot of water.

i use ON chocalate whey protein and usually drink it for breakfast with my food and plan on taking bsn cellmass (creatine) after workouts

also grilled chicken ftmfw, and a can of hormel chili is like 32g of protein, stock up on chili and chicken
