With all honesty, you cant afford the best....my setup cost me 550 and its not the best, its not that loud, but it sounds good. There is no way you can get what u want with that money....save for a while

well if youre set on 15"s, and you only have 450. id say a pair of L5 fifteens and a bx500d. it would probably be up around 500 though. still, that would be a LOUD system for 500. louder than L7 10"s fo **** sho. L5's have higher sensitivity than L7's so with lower power and less cash id get L5's.
