best HU on a budget

I'm looking for the best HU i can get for under 200 that has 4 pre-outs w/ at least 40W and a subwoofer pre-out. im currently looking at the Alpine CDE 7858, i can get it for 135 at etronics.com. any comments or suggestions are appreciated

alpine is always a good choice for headunit. I am die hard eclipse now because I head mine compared to an alpine in the same price category and I liked it alot better, but I dont know if or what eclipse makes for cheaper than 200. My friend has a pioneer 4400 and its a pretty nice head unit for the money. 50X4 with a front and sub preout(2V)
