best hu 4 maxima

whats the best hu 4 a 00 maxima, it has 4 speakers and 2 tweeters, can i run all the speakers off the new radio. my budget is about 350 max. n e ideas?

doesn't matter too much which HU u choose, it all comes down to peronsal preferance

i recommend clarion, but check out all kinds!

i assume you have 2 tweets and 4 woofers..

as long as you have x-over you can...

an easy way to figure it out is to look at the back of your stock deck and see if there are 4 or 6 speaker wires.

it has 4 2 ways, and 2 tweets, so can i use the factory amp 2 push the tweets, and the hu 2 run the 4 speakers?

sounds like you're gonna have to, unless there are crossovers

you might wanna invest in 1 set of x-overs, would be well worth it SQ wise!

ok, cool, now how will it sound, and what do xovers do?

x-overs split the sound between the tweeter and woofer, sending the tweet high freq. sounds and the woofer mid-range freqs. get one that you can adjust, cause you'll want to play with it. you'd want one anyways, cause the HU sends all the freqs. to all the speakers (assuming you dont use an amp.)
