noI have a dumb question, will the magnets of my subwoofers mess up the LCD tv? I know it will mess up a normal tube television but I'm not sure of a LCD. Thing is I drive a tiny car and to fit a 37+ tv in my car , I would probably have to put it ontop of my subwoofer box in the hatch.
not sure what reviews you are reading, but there is a huge difference between 720p+1080pI'm buying my parents a HD TV for christmas, so far the best deal I found was $500 for a 720p 37" flatscreen lcd off newegg, but does support 1080i. From all the reviews I've been reading they say theres really no difference between 720+1080p, and being an offbrand it still is superb.

I'm looking to stay around $500ish which I know is not alot considering the type of purchase, but I'm poor and want to splurge for my parents //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif
Why would that be bad? I would imagine to get any big tv in most vehicles it'd have to be laid down, unless you splurge for delivery.no, and please dont put the tv on its side
I have seen that 52" at quite a few places. Has anyone got it?circuit city has a sharp 52" 1080P for $1299 and some other great deals for thier "extended black friday" sale
That is only for Plasmas you tard.no, and please dont put the tv on its side
You should never transport a Plasma in a moving vehicle on it's back. The glass panel is only strong when it is vertical. I have seen many people ignore this advice and throw away $1000.I've put my plasma on it's side, upside down, face down, on it's back, ect. and it's been fine for 2 years now. No issues whatsoever!
