Best box for two 15 rockford hx2 help

hey,

i know im going to get a lot of crap from this one but here it go's... i have two 15 hx2 rfd2215 im going to run them off a jl audio 1000/1..i dont have time to make a box...my local shop wants way to much to make one..so im going to buy one off ebay..i love the nice DEEP low bass..but i dont know what hertz i should get...... they have them from 28hz-38hz.and should i stay with the subwoofer spec's for cubic feet or go bigger smaller there going in a 96 impala ss (big trunk)

looking for a box fast for $200 or less shipped to me...thats way im going with ebay..

Specs call for 2.5 cubes each at 35hz, but if you have the room I'd go bigger, and tune lower.

I'd say around 2.8-3 cubes tuned to 30-34, to as big as 4-4.5 cubes tuned to 28-30 or so. Post some of the boxes you are looking at.

i agree with ancorp, just dont go beyond 3 cubes, and go with the lowest tuning you can get

If I had to choose I'd go for the 2nd box, 3 cubes at 32hz ain't bad.
