Best bang for my buck subs?

Obsidian 12v3 needs only 2cubes ported or 1.5 cubes sealed and calls for 600watts but that aint spit on them get a dual 4ohm, wire to 2 ohm and let it beat. Pre-order one and get it for 123.00+shipping. they are heavy so shipping ***** and like i said, its a pre order meaning not in stock yet but expected sometime in April. I can not wait for my 4 12's to arrive! only downfall to me is i really dont like the yellow signature on the dustcap. I will be painting over with red. they should have color options like DD does.

its the 3rd gen mine is an 06 (first year of the nc) amazing car btw trunk is not bad at all definitely enough for clothes and such for a weeks vacation as long as no women are brought along lmao

Should look into Tantric Sounds. I believe the HD series is around that price point.

Yea it should be decent ...get urself a good agm batt under the hood and do the big 3 at least

o yeah the battery is planned and most likely a small xs power battery in the back also just hoping i can avoid a h/o alternator haha but if needed ill have to!

would you say you wished you would have gotten the 310s? or is that adequate? im driving a small convertible car so am feeling if i get the higher power handling that ill be able to feel it with top down to... my current setup sounds decent sitting at idle but when driving it gets a little drowned out i guess by the road noise i can still hear it and still enjoy it but i just cant feel it anymore and that with the top up i want to be able to cruise top down this summer and feel my bass doesnt need to be chest crushing but enough lol

I love them. They're quite a bit louder when I put the rear seats down. And theyll be even louder after i get a car where i can fit a proper size box for them. My box is only 2.2 cubes, i wanted 3.5-4 but i needed to save room for stroller. The main reason I went for the 210s is money. I didn't have to do any electrical upgrades pushing 1200 watts.

they are for one... which im sure sounds great but im just not sure a single tantric hd 12 would produce as much spl as 2 of the hdc310s... though i could very easily be wrong

I love them. They're quite a bit louder when I put the rear seats down. And theyll be even louder after i get a car where i can fit a proper size box for them. see i cant fold seats down any noise i hear has to come from the trunk with no real escape into the car though i was planning on getting a custom box built to hold my 2 10s (if i decide on the 10s over a single 12) and my amps while being ported into the only to possible passages into my cab... so i feel maybe ill spend the little extra $ and MAKE SURE i can feel it because you can never have to much right? haha

see ive never used sundown but ive heard they are great the only thing that pushes me off of them a little is i REALLY like the 1200 watt rms rating that is on the soundqubed subs... i just feel like they will hit MUCH harder because of that but im not actually sure at all

I may be abit biased because I run sundown gear but the sa's are very underrated. 1k really gets them moving. Customer service is also top notch. When I was building the box for mines, I was test fitting them on the face, and when I pulled the sub out, it hit the table and broke off the push terminals on one side, contacted sundown and had new little push terminals in the mail a week later, no questions asked.

So 2 sa10s are out of my price range but i could probably swing the sds... Now trying to be as unbiased as possible the sds vs the hds10 and maybe even vs 1 hdc12 or 1 sa12?
