Well what you looking for sq or what you have to ask yourself that, how many ohms, wattage, r.m.s etc... then please post back in the thread and myself or some other Car Audio person(s) will help you

why would you want free air? are you going to put them in the back deck of a car or something?? Plus, an 8" sub doesn't exactly take a large box..

Jl audio's IB8's sound great but there are limits to an 8in sub. What are you looking to do with the sub??
