I started working out about 6 months ago with a 2 month lay off. Who has some pics of before working out and after and your choice of supplements? Could post some workout plans to help people on the forum as well. Gonna look for a pic before I started working out and take a pic of the present stage.

 
went threw some of my workout notes heres some weight gains I have made:

4-16-08---128lbs before working out

5-16-08---136lbs

6-16-08---149lbs

7-16-08---155lbs

8-16-08---157lbs

lay off

10-16-08---158lbs

11-16-08---160lbs

So far taking arimatest, creatine pills, whey protein.

 
I'll post up some pics later. I used to be real skinny, now when I see people I haven't seen in a while they tell me to lay off the roids

i started college at 172 and am now 218 with like 9% bf....ive taken almost everything there is as far as pre workout and creatines...plenty of wheys...i just finished my first pro-hormone cycle...ill post up some pics later

weighed 170lbs in high school when I was playing hockey than I got mono and lost a tons of weight and since than its hard to gain it back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

haha i like this thread. ive always been a skinny white boy and was cool with it forever, but lately ive decided to try and put on some weight. i started off at like 135 like a month ago and now im only 140, and trying to get up to 155 and fit, dont wanna be ripped, but my metabalism is insane being 22 years old. ive just been using free weights at home every night for about a hour. pushups etc too.

i think i got a pic from a couple weeks ago to see my progress...which isnt anything yet.

 
^ I feel ya man. Im 6" 150 skinny as **** right now and my metabolism is ridiculous. I have to eat 4 meals a day just to keep my current weight..if i skip a meal there goes like 4 pounds right there. Its hard to gain weight.
