With that much power, I'd do at least 2 runs of 0/1 awg from front negative to back negatives if you have a uni-body frame and not a solid frame.

I'd suggest running the ground from your front battery too. That's too much power to ground in your trunk. You'd have too much resistance and bad voltage drops.

I was about to say the same thing. Some people say no, I say yes.

ground the positve terminals to your left nut, then the negative to the tip of your phallus and throw a Big Gulp on the package and you should be fine.
