New battery is half an inch narrower than stock battery. I put some 7" long x 1" tall mdf in behind the battery to take up space. I tightened down the bottom clamp on the opposite side of the battery from the MDF and it was pretty secure. But the side of the battery where the MDF was, allowed for a little tipping action twords the bengine. What to do?

lol, I'm not sure where to start on one. I got the battery late and Autozone was closed by the time I put it in. I might go by there tomorrow and see what kind of stuff they have to rig this thing up.

pic?

I have it hooked up for now. I stood up like a 13"x8" piece of MDF and put feet on it, pushing against the back of the battery tray. I used my router to put a groove in the bottom part of the vertical MDF, to match up with the protruding base of the battery. It looks good and is snug as hell, I just need to waterproof it with some resin and paint it and I'll be straight. Thanks for the suggestions and intrest in assisting me. I'll post pics in the morning.
