Battery Terminals

SORRY, I dont know how to make it smaller.

Here's the problem. Trying to fit any wires on these terminals is near impossible. I think it is possible to replace the factory screw to a longer one but how do I get that factory screw out? Also, will any autoparts store have the longer screw? Thanks

iirc these are the exact ones i have

Rockford RFDGM Rockford Fosgate RFDGM Battery Post Extender for Select GM Vehicles

You screw it in to ur battery then screw ur factory screw into the top of the extender. then u put the power wires on the extender part.

Knu has an extended terminal for GM side post also. I would just compare the price with shipping and see which one is cheaper overall.

I always liked having side posts just because you could buy a dual post battery and have the top two for all Audioz.

bestbuy had them.. idk if u wanna spend $15 tho. and the local ca shop was charging $20..

Actually just got back from bestbuy and autozone, they had the longer bolts but that doesn't help.

Would I need the longer one or would the short one work fine?
