You know how regular batteries have lead post?

The battery I'm putting up front has screws. I don't think I'm going to use the lead post terminal and put it on the screw somehow.

So now I need to change those to ring terminals so I can put them on the battery.

I'm not talking about power wires going to the back. I'm talking about the power wire that goes and powers the electronics in my truck.

so, cut the terminal off (if is a 1-piece factory deal), strip the wire, crimp the ring on....

how hard can it get?

Idk. Just asking. Mine has 2 wires though. It looked like about a 4 gauge piece and some 12 gauge wire or something.

i'd jam it all in one ring term. shouldnt be a problem.

Anyone knows if a 5/16" ring terminal will fit this? I have the Kicker PKD1 that came with a ring terminal.
