Battery Question

I have already used the search can't find what I am asking.

I don't think it would make a difference but if I made a 1/0 run to the trunk for a second battery is there anything wrong with hooking up the amplifiers to this battery.

More than likely it will be a single IA 20.1 and a ED Nine.2.

Make sure you get a battery isolater...what that does is split your signal from your alternator to each battery using a big diode...if not your alternator will end up charging one battery more than an other...the current from the alternator goes to the lowest resistance...just like an amp to speakers if you have two subs one a 4 ohm one a 8 ohm the 4 will play louder even though they may be the same make...
