i am getting two new batterys for under the hood of my 96 gmc truck and I see Auto Zone has the AGM dura last and I can also get a deal on red top optimas - within 20 bucks of each other. Any thoughts or recomendations ? even if its dont get either one lol, Thanks

Red tops and optimas in general are junk since johnson controls took over ..the duralast agm is a rebadged deka id take it all day over the red top

herd a few peeps not real happy with red tops but herd alot that were happy so i didnt know ? I think i will go with duralast Thanks

Duralast platinum, duracell agm, diehard platinum are all good

Red tops are not designed for deep cycle. Get a yellow or blue top only for car audio.
