Battery Isolators?

I just wired in a deka 8a31 as a secondary battery for my system, and I bought a battery isolator to keep my starting battery from gettin hit so hard. I know i just wire the 2 big terminals in series with my main power sire to the amp, but there are 2 smaller posts that i think are for switching or something and i have no idea what to wire these to. so any help would be greatly appreciated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

One is a ground the other is ignition. Pretty much a remote wire for the isolator.
