battery isolator between battery

its best to use one to keep your car from catching on fire. it is used to regulate the power between both batteries. without it the main battery will keep charging the slave one in the trunk without any knowledge of stopping before overload. you can find one at any of your local car audio shops. they range from 80A, 120A, 160A and 200A. unless you are running multiple batteries in the back you dont need more than a 120A. best buy is the stinger SR80 on ebay for around 20$ shipped to your door.

had two batteries in my car for a couple years now without an isolator. Unless you plan on sitting and running your stereo with your car off for long periods of time, don't use one.

i just want to add another battery in the back so i wont get any drop volt, and im not gonna bump when the car is off.

but if i want to get the battery isolator how would i wire it?

thanks
