help with figuring out how many batts to use

I'm trying to figure out how to calculate how many batteries I need to run a IA 40.1. Right now I'm still running the 135A alt from the factory and I have two yellowtops in the rear and 1 redtop in the front soon to be replaced with another yellowtop. So should I go ahead and add another yellowtop in the rear for a total of 4? Exactly how do you calculate the amount of amp/hours needed for a given amount of watts? If I ran 4 of these, then it would give me a total of 220 amp hours worth of battery. Will this be enough? Thanks.

Everything else has already been done, big three, and dual runs of 1/0 to the rear.
