what is a good low cost battery to get that will run my system for a long time without dieing? me and my friend use my system for a stereo at our parties and im wanting a long lasting battery but i dont have alot of money to spend on one

the highest optima i have ever seen only has 110 min reserve..

if you dont want you battery to die.. possibly buy an autostart.

Sorry to say long lasting power and low cost do not go together unfortunately. You might just want to start the car every now and then and invest in a volt meter so you have an idea of when it's time to let it run for a little while.
